Terms of Use

By playing Domino Slam (formerly Capicúa Online) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

House rules

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive players. In chat, in voice, and in your name, do not:

• Harass, bully, threaten or intimidate anyone.
• Use slurs or attack people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or age.
• Share sexual content, or anything involving minors.
• Spam, advertise, post links, or try to scam players.
• Share someone's personal information.
• Cheat, use bots, or try to break or overload the game.
• Pretend to be someone else, including the game's staff.

What we do about it

• A filter automatically hides offensive words and links.
• Any player can report or block another player from inside a table.
• Hosts can remove players from their table.
• We review reports within 24 hours. We remove offending content and ban players who break these rules, without warning if needed.

Age

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under 18, get permission from a parent or guardian.

Your content

You are responsible for what you say in chat and voice. Messages are visible to everyone at your table. We don't claim ownership of your messages, but you let us display them to the table and keep them when they are part of a report.

The game

Domino Slam is provided free and "as is". Games can end without warning, for example when the server restarts. There is no money, betting or prizes, and the game must not be used for gambling.

Drinks and purchases

Drinks for your cup holder are decorations only and don't affect the game. Some are free. Paid drinks are one-time purchases made through Apple in the iPhone app, subject to Apple's terms; refunds are handled by Apple. You can restore them on any device signed in to the same Apple ID. Drinks that show alcohol are for players of legal drinking age where they live.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the game, or for what other players say or do.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, the game will ask you to accept them again.
